✦ You’re looking for pure mindset coaching with no body work.
✦ You need crisis-level clinical care (severe depression, active trauma flashbacks, medical clearance pending)—please reach out to a licensed therapist or GP first.
✦ You can’t commit to showing up for six 75-min sessions or trying brief daily practices (the magic happens between calls).

I’m Elmira, a somatic coach specializing in motherhood. I’m a mother of twins, certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner SEP™, perinatal yoga teacher and MotherCircle facilitator.
I struggled with my birth and postpartum experience years into motherhood and this container is the expression of what I wished I had back then:

How to start

Two 75-min live sessions per months + 15 min/day for micro-practices. Practises include audio or video you can do while your kids nap, before bed, or on a walk.

No. Every tool is designed to return your energy. You’ll often finish a practice feeling clearer than when you started.

It’s somatic coaching, not psychotherapy. We focus on present-moment body cues, capacity building and gentle expression. Trauma might surface - and I have all the abilities to guide you safely through it.

Yes. The work is gentle and adaptable for pregnancy. Just let me know and we’ll modify to suit your body needs best.

No. It can complement both. Always consult your healthcare provider before changing medication.

If after the first live session you feel it’s not a fit, I’ll refund everything minus 70 Euro for that session. After that, commitment is part of the transformation.
