About this work

“What if the discomforts of the unknown weren’t problems to fix — but doorways to deeper knowing? What if meeting the chaos of a meaningful transformation, feeling though it and making choices from this spaciousness is the key for ease.

My work is born from this truth: no outside advice can replace the wisdom that lives in your body.”

— Elmira

No outside advice can replace the wisdom that lives in your body.

If you are navigating a life change

and sense there is more than…

DISCONNECTION

From your body, your values, and yourself. The “shoulds,” expectations, and the idea of “doing it right” are running your life. Emotions are repressed, and you find yourself swinging between overproductivity and lack of motivation—usually overriding your true needs.

CONFUSION

You’re uncertain about the next chapter of your life. Maybe you wish to become a mother—or have another child—but something holds you back. Maybe you want to change careers, end a relationship, or move, but it’s hard to begin. Or perhaps you’ve already made a change, but feel heavy, unsatisfied, and unsure of your direction.

EXHAUSTION

You’re tired of trying to do it all “right.” The weight of expectations is heavy. Rest doesn’t come easily, and even when you pause, your body doesn’t replenish.

CRAVING FOR LIFE

You long for ease, softness, and the freedom to express emotions. You crave creative expression, play, and pleasure. You yearn for deeper connection with life, with others, and with yourself.

CRAVING FOR TRUST

You want to feel grounded in your inner knowing. You’re ready to move slower, go deeper, and live more truthfully.

My story

Motherhood cracked something open in me — a moment of losing and gaining at the same time.

The identity shifts, emotional releases, relational changes, relocation, and creative rebirths — all happening at once since the birth of my twin daughters — became one of the biggest transformations of my life.

I was overwhelmed. Not only by the physical demands, but by the “shoulds” echoing around me. The level of disorientation I felt led me to look outside myself for answers, convinced something must be wrong with me.

When I finally admitted that I was in a deep, messy transformation — shocked and lost — something surprising happened: I felt relief. Instead of desperately swimming against the waves, I gave in and surrendered.

That honest acknowledgment was my first step toward ease. From there, I could move, because I knew where I was. This is the power of orientation in an unknown place.

My compass became my body, my nervous system, and the implicit memories I had carried for years. I started feeling my pain, grieving, celebrating, and dancing — a lot. Step by step, I felt more alive, more clear, and more in my power.

And because I walked that threshold and learned so much from it, the path opened for me to offer this work to other women — to mothers, and to the female nervous system.
